As Co-Founder of Sapphire Chief of Staff, an entity of Sapphire Executive Leadership Development, Lindsey now dedicates part of her work to mentoring and educating the next generation of Chiefs of Staff. Throughout her career, Angie has a proven track record of implementing effective HR policies that enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Her extensive knowledge of employment law, leadership development, staff training programs, employee retention, conflict management, system implementation, recruiting, and OSHA/Safety compliance has made her an invaluable asset to the companies she has worked with.
