Known for her positive energy and intuitive leadership, she has served as a trusted thought partner to Executives, guiding teams through complexity with precision and purpose.
Her expertise spans operational design, team alignment, and cultivating strong, values-driven company cultures. Lindsey’s ability to streamline processes, boost productivity, and foster environments of excellence has made her a strategic anchor within every organization she’s touched.
As Co-Founder of Sapphire Chief of Staff, an entity of Sapphire Executive Leadership Development, Lindsey now dedicates part of her work to mentoring and educating the next generation of Chiefs of Staff. Through immersive learning experiences and high touch advisory, Sapphire has become a leading resource for executive partners and strategic operators seeking to lead with depth, influence, and integrity.

With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the field, Angie Martin is a seasoned Executive recognized for her expertise in Human Resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in HR and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
Throughout her career, Angie has a proven track record of implementing effective HR policies that enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Her extensive knowledge of employment law, leadership development, staff training programs, employee retention, conflict management, system implementation, recruiting, and OSHA/Safety compliance has made her an invaluable asset to the companies she has worked with.
